Bonus post time! I wanted to share a quick review of a really unique beer I tried the other day. Kulture Clash is brewed by Rouge Brewing and Brew Dr. Kombucha, combining an imperial blonde with kombucha tea. As someone who has never been a fan a kombucha, I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. After the first sip, I was sold. Melding the light, dryness of the blonde, hop-forward Imperial taste, and sweetness of kombucha is no easy task but they have managed to do it brilliantly. I applaud their skills at taking such disparate flavors and creating a fun and refreshing summertime drink. If you can find this in a store near you, do yourself a favor and buy it! Plus, how can you resist that sloth face?
